These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stars Corp, including starscorp.org, our checkout, digital products, masterclasses, programmes, learning materials, passes, services, and related experiences.

Stars Corp is a brand operated by Empire Platforms LLP ("Stars Corp", "Empire Platforms", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a purchase, enrolling in a programme, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing one product or programme does not provide access to every Stars Corp product or future product.

Purchasing a product provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant materials for their intended purpose.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred to you.

10. User Submissions

Where our services permit you to submit assignments, responses, documents, feedback, reviews, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.

Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
